Warehouse Operative Apprentice
Very exciting opportunity as an Apprentice Warehouse Operative, you would deal with goods and products that come into a warehouse.
Your duties will include:
Picking and Packing
Preparing products for shipment.
Accepting and checking in of stock deliveries and putting these away.
Checking stock levels and performing stock takes as required.
Maintaining a clean and tidy working environment at all times, cleaning and sweeping the warehouse as required.
As an Apprentice you will be included on an Intermediate Diploma in Warehousing and Storage Qualification. Your Qualification will be delivered by an Award Winning Training Provider who will support your learning and development throughout your Apprenticeship. This will involve a Vocational Learning Advisor coming to visit you on a regular basis to deliver the training and guide you through your Apprenticeship.
40 Hours 9am - 5 pm Monday to Friday
Good Prospects for the right candidate
Computer literate, familiar and confident with using the internet and able to learn new systems. Has good attention to detail for reading, picking and packing customer orders.
Must be good working as part of a small team and also quick learner. Organised and punctual.
No qualifications required will undertake a Level 2 Warehouse Apprenticeship and full training will be given.
Warehouse based, involves long periods of standing. Involves lifting and handling boxes. There may be some weekend work after 6 months.
